Nye Veier is subject to the Norwegian Act relating to public access to documents in the public administration [Freedom of Information Act]. In Nye Veier's online public journal, interested parties can search journal information about letters and documents sent to or from the company.
Copies of the documents that are requested can be ordered directly from the individual journal entry. If multiple journal cases are requested at the same time, document reference must be printed on all documents. Thereafter, the order will be treated as a transparency requirement with the shortest possible response deadline. The individual day journal is available for six months after publication, then it is removed from Nye Veier's website.
